Sign in at instagram.com in your browser. The extension uses that session without asking you for your password.
Click the extension, then “Scan my account”. If Instagram isn’t open, the panel offers to open a tab first.

The comparison happens in your browser. Your lists aren’t sent to an UnfollowTracker server. No extra account, no advertising, no built-in tracking.

You see accounts you follow that don’t follow you back at the time of the scan. This doesn’t prove they unfollowed you: they may never have followed you. This version doesn’t compare the history of multiple scans.
No. Sign in directly on Instagram. The extension uses your existing browser session and has no login form of its own.
You can switch tabs or close the panel. Keep the Instagram tab open: closing or reloading it interrupts the scan. Your last complete result stays saved.
Instagram can limit requests, ask for verification or change how it works. The extension waits for a bounded time, then stops if needed. It preserves the last complete result and doesn’t save a list detected as incomplete. No extension can guarantee permanent availability or freedom from account restrictions.
The extension is designed for desktop Chrome (version 116 or later) and Chromium browsers that support side panels, such as Brave. It isn’t designed for Safari, Firefox or mobile browsers.
No. There are no bulk unfollows. You choose one account and confirm the action. The result is updated only after Instagram confirms the unfollow.
